Shipping Policy
Once we receive your order, we take 1 business day (excluding Fridays and Saturdays and official holidays) to process your order in case you want to modify or cancel your order. The courier delivers your order up to 7 working days depending on your area (Exceptions sometimes occur outside of our control but we will always be on top of it to fast track your delivery).
Refund & Exchange Policy
– Personne Wear will accept returns/exchanges of unworn clothing items with original tags and packaging if initiated within 48 hour of receiving all items in your order. If it is a split package order, the date you receive the final package will be the delivery date.
- Return & Exchange shipping fee is the customer’s responsibility unless it was a shipping error on Personne wear part. Return & Exchanges costs 55 EGP for Great Cairo and Alexandria, 80 EGP for Delta, Canal, and Upper Egypt, 100 EGP for all other areas.

بمجرد استلام طلبك، يستغرق تجهيزه يوم عمل واحد (باستثناء أيام الجمعة والسبت والعطلات الرسمية) في حال رغبتك في تعديله أو إلغائه. يقوم مندوب التوصيل بتوصيل طلبك خلال 7 أيام عمل كحد أقصى حسب منطقتك (قد تحدث بعض الاستثناءات خارجة عن سيطرتنا، لكننا سنحرص دائمًا على سرعة توصيل طلبك).
سياسة الاسترداد والاستبدال
– تقبل Personne Wear إرجاع/استبدال الملابس غير المستخدمة مع بطاقات التعريف والتغليف الأصليين، شريطة أن يتم ذلك خلال 48 ساعة من استلام جميع المنتجات في طلبك. في حال كان الطلب مقسمًا، فسيكون تاريخ استلامك للطرد النهائي هو تاريخ التسليم. – يتحمل العميل رسوم شحن الإرجاع والاستبدال، إلا إذا كان هناك خطأ في الشحن من جانب Personne Wear. تبلغ تكلفة الإرجاع والاستبدال 55 جنيهًا مصريًا للقاهرة الكبرى والإسكندرية، و80 جنيهًا مصريًا للدلتا والقناة وصعيد مصر، و100 جنيه مصري لجميع المناطق الأخرى.
